Malcolm Groves is an experienced professional in internal and external communications for the banking industry. He is chairman of the steering group for the Chale Community Project, a member of the Management Committee of Island Cottages Ltd. and a trustee of Independent Arts.
	Liam Cumming is a landscape photographer and computer technician living in Chale Green with my wonderful partner and wife, Lisa and our two children Bethan and Kai. I am also President of the Isle of Wight  branch of the GMB union and as well am very involved with environmental issues.
	Liz Groves is a member of the executive committee of the Isle of Wight County Federation of Women's Institutes. She is married to Malcolm and they have a son and a daughter who live in the Netherlands and New Zealand respectively
